I had ordered few items in meesho. I received completely different product.

I tried multiple times raising return request and talking to their customer support. All they say is QC failed and they claim they delivered correct product but I’m returning wrong product 🙂

I Also sent emails to their support team as well but they aren’t replying.

Need legal advice to file a case in consumer forum.
