Hi all, I represent a small Oxfordshire Charity, Flexicare (Oxford and Abingdon). We provide in home care for children with severe disabilities, including medical, physical, and neurological conditions. We've been in existence for 40 years, and we currently provide care for around 40 families in the county.
We're in need of a new trustee, who is prepared to take on the role of nominated individual with the CQC. Our current NI is moving away, having been part of Flexicare for more than 20 years.
This is a voluntary role, and would most suit someone with health care experience, preferably in an oversight role, with some familiarity with the CQC regulatory requirements.
