Acer Nitro V15 randomly restarts itself
I’ve been having this problem for less than a week now. I’ll just be using the laptop normally (not gaming or doing anything demanding), and it suddenly restarts by itself. It happens occasionally, maybe a couple of times per week.
I really need help and would like to know if anyone has managed to fix this issue.
Before this started happening, I had the well-known issue where the laptop would freeze with a black screen while gaming. I managed to fix that thanks to a Reddit post by updating the BIOS and uninstalling Acer NitroSense and Care Center.
But now I have an even worse problem because the laptop restarts randomly even when I’m not doing anything intensive.
Does anyone have a solution or any idea what could be causing this? I would seriously appreciate any help.
