Anyone here had a charger grant accepted since the 1st April?
I had order the charger and applied for the grant at the end of last month & after 2 weeks they've come back and said its rejected.
In the "required info" they state that they do not accept order confirmation, which is exactly what Octopus told me to submit.
Is this a new change that's happened which Octopus haven't caught up to?
I've checked and it still doesn't say this on the application itself - so if it is a change, then its nice of the government to make you wait 2 weeks to tell you...
Anyone else had issues with this or have y'alls applications gone through since the grant was upped to £500?
EDIT: Had an email from Octopus a half-hour ago saying that this is a requirement that has changed to which Octopus were not made aware of & they should be getting an update by Thursday on how to proceed.
