Hello! I’ve been getting very into chicken (as many home cooks are) and made a pan seared skin on chicken breast. Served with baked potato wedges, chili lime cucumbers and a pan sauce made with shallots, garlic, ginger, gochujang, brandy and home-made chicken stock. I love the results on the cook but need help with the plating, how do I make this dinner look more elegant?
