




Is my dad at fault for this lock getting stuck?
Hey all, my dad was at an airbnb and said the balcony lock was really hard to close all week. On the last day, apparently the blinds cord got blown in between the door and frame, and the host said that broke the lock and is invoicing him for $220.
My question is did my dad really break the lock when the cord got blown in? Im happy to pay if we’re at fault, but the fact that the lock was finicky all week makes me wonder. Pictures attached, thanks 🙏
