[PC][2019-2020] 2D side-scroller game with a pixel style, where you are stuck in an asylum and given pills that slowly mutate you. I think Markiplier made a video playing it in 2020.
You play as a teenager on vacation who wakes up in a hospital/asylum, where you are given pills every day. As you explore, you find an abandoned part of the asylum that shows that it used to be a German testing facility in some world war where they tested this drug on soldiers. Towards the end of the game, you find a room full of white flowers, which this drug is made out of, and right as you're about to escape, the police bust down the door and shoot you, calling you a monster (because you're all mutated)
