I sold a pair of curtains to someone, and he messaged me after receiving them: the color of the drapes were so off that I am returning them to the seller. I told him that is not how you initiate a return. Then he told me he had sent the curtains back to me. He did not initiate a return at all. I haven't received them back yet, and I'm not sure how he shipped them (I messaged him this morning to ask, but haven't heard back). I am glad to refund him if and when I get the curtains back, but if I don't get them I'm just not sure what else to do. I don't want to be out the curtains and the money, this is a $115 sale. I want to protect myself in this situation. I don't know what other options either of us have.
