Vomited and fatigued after deep tissue massage?

It's been 3 years since I've had a massage and I treated myself yesterday to a 60 minute deep tissue massage. I used to get them fairly regularly but life got busy. The massage was absolutely wonderful. He used the perfect amount of pressure, no pain, and released a ton of tightness I've been holding in my neck and shoulders. For the first time in a year my neck has no pain at all. I made sure to drink water afterward. A few hours later I suddenly felt very nauseous and threw up. Afterward I felt fine. Today I feel exhausted and my bowels have moved a bit...faster.. than is typical. I don't feel like I'm sick. I did also start my period yesterday so I don't know if it's a contributing factor. Could a massage cause this?

I have these lilyturf along my front walkway and I really don't like them there. I feel like they look messy and there seems to be a few missing that maybe a critter ripped up? I'd like to move them to a different spot. I'm very new to gardening. How can I move them without killing them? What would you replace them with?

PS- pay no mind to my poor aborvitaes that the deer absolutely decimated this year. Think I'm going to have to replace those too

I have this big tiered wall on the side of my driveway. A few years ago we planted 600 bulbs so we get daffodils, hyacinths, and tulips (although not a lot of tulips came up last year vs the year prior so i think the chipmunks and squirrels had a feast). It's mostly partial to full shade. I'd love to add some kind of ground cover to help control the weeds. Ideally it would be flowering and spill over the wall but I've read creeping thyme and creeping phlox both need full sun. Is there an alternative? I also absolutely love mountain laurel and want to plant some on the second tier but was advised the deer will eat it. Our property backs up to 100 acres of state forest so we get a lot of wildlife and the deer have already eaten all my arborvitaes. Maybe rhododendron? What else would you plant here? The soil is a bit rocky and chipmunks live in the wall which I don't mind other than them eating my bulbs. I love bright colors and blooms but also want some greenery left behind once the flowers stop blooming. We're in zone 6b in CT. I'm also very new to gardening.
