What the hells wrong with my hand and how do i fix it.

My hands are very painful, incredibly dry but isn't itchy AT ALL. It also feel like a radiator compared to the rest of my body. Seriously what is this and any recomendations on how to get rid of it. Also idk if this means anything or if it will help but I'm a 15 year old girl and it's literally only on the backside of both of my hands. I've also tried a range of moisturizers but they haven't done shit.

If i don't pass my gcses i feel like im fucked. I am not a smart person AT ALL. All my mocks have either came up with D's or C's and i have not motifation to even try anymore. I havr tried revising my heart out but frankly i quit, i can't figure out maths, physics, chem or anything maths related. I've changed my study technique to see if that will help but it won't. I genuinely feel so scared and just want to die because it feels like the end of my life is over the second i fail.
