My kids will be home for a few days between spring semester and summer classes. While I have a captive audience, it will be a perfect opportunity to give them a window to our generation via a movie. Any suggestions?
They saw Roots and The Wiz when they were younger. They've seen Cooley High. They've seen Beat Street.
They haven't seen Purple Rain -- but I'm a bit hesitant,. Although I will always love my little Princey-poo, I hate how the female characters were written.
