I originally posted today that I was waiting for a phone call with one of the nurses and they did not call me, but I did get a a text, approving my medication however they’re only giving me one month as opposed to three months of last time. I had no option to pick one month three months or six month. They did invoice me for one month. I don’t know how much they’re sending either. Has anybody else had this issue to deal with? Is something going on with them? I don’t know about. I feel somewhat frustrated.

I’m just putting it out there that I had a scheduled appointment call this afternoon and nobody called. I did send a message to the RN who was supposed to call me with a screenshot of my scheduled appointment.

Anybody else have that problem and if so how did they handle it??
