Wonder if anyone has had similar issue.
Located in England.
Tenants served section 21 notice. I’m preparing next stage of filling out the form for possession.
AST started Late 2022. Contract Expired 2023.
There is a gap of approx 6 weeks between gas safety cert dated July 2022 and the one renewed in 2023 (dated Sept). Reason was i mistakenly noted wrong date. There was a valid gas safety in place when tenants moved in Late 2022.
Would the 6 week gap between 2022 and 2023 gas safety certificate cause any issue if this was to go to court? Local county court in Black Country - Midlands.
