I heard this sound and thought it was my fuel pump stuttering but it looks like it’s something that controls part of the throttle body? Now that I’ve disconnected my fuel pump it makes this sound consistently when I turn the bike on. Beforehand it would only do it about half the time and when it didn’t, the bike wouldn’t start. Help?

Does anyone have a speedo cover brackets they could sell me? Where can I get one?(other than partzilla)
