I’m a student currently in Cannes for the film festival. I was hoping to find a 1/2 game here; my thought process was that there’d be a lot of rich, drunk tourists punting away stacks, but so far, I’m 0/1. I’ve checked out the Casino Barrière Cannes le Croisette, and it was pretty dry. Two tables open with one at 2/4, €100-€2,000 buy in. The other table was 5/10, €250-€5,000 or some nonsense. Saw that and decided to play roulette for the night with my friends basically. I’ve got cash but as a student I’d much rather not need to buy in so deep or at those stakes, especially when everyone there looked like a reg. Any tips/advice on where all the action is here?
