Closeted exmormon here. Every year my ward has all of the seniors give a talk before they graduate and leave for the real world, so here is the one I gave yesterday. The prompt was, "what is two things you know or believe to be true". I tried to put what I believed in a way that mormons could understand, while not pandering what I believed to what they want me to believe. This was my first and final draft since I wanted to go to bed.
p.s. I stole the analogy of comparing people to paintings from the Mormon Stories podcast episode with Ryan Huey.
