Was sitting to myself and after getting harsh intrusive obsessions i realised that i will always have OCD. It will never fully go and i just felt dread that something bad and limiting is inevitable.
I also saw an article in which people with OCD on average have a short lifespan than people who dont.
So i thought “Jesus, this is real. This is real life”

Thought id just share the thought as it startled me LOL

Going through a tough OCD period. Relentless Obsessions and even dreams have Obsessions.
I spoke to a parent and it just lightly gave me relief.
What do yous do in times like this
