Hi everyone - I recently bought a gently used EOC05 Poolin machine off marketplace. It was working fine, and then I went to do a design (a preloaded one) and I got a "spindle won't rotate" error. I tried changing the needle, but now the needle is off center. i've taken it to a sewing machine repair place to see if they can help.
Will I be able to use a universal embroidery foot on a Poolin machine if the repair place can't fix the issue?
