getting a little annoyed, I as an SSV don’t sugar coat things, I tell my partners what I need from them and if need be give them a time limit. I coach very rarely but will do it when necessary, same with positive feed back if someone is doing well, they’ll know it.
Another SSV seems to think that this is “bullying” and continues to tell our SM that I’m targeting certain people, whole time I’m doing my job by coaching these people when need be and cracking down on tasks that are supposed to be getting done
it’s making the workplace uncomfortable for me, because they are continually bringing it up to our SM (who’s said themselves that it isn’t something I need to be worried about because I’m not bullying anyone)
and other people but will never say anything directly to me.
if I’m being honest, I’m tired of doing my job how I should be and being treated like it’s wrong bc the other SSV lets their shift do whatever they want how ever they want.
