Is this a booklouse or BB? Doesn’t look like adult but could it be nymph? It is bigger than other booklouse I’ve seen . Glue trap under bed

I have found these a few times. At first I didn’t think BB related, but now I have been finding on mattress encasement. Could it somehow be a part of dead BB or no it doesn’t look like the typical molt. It will not crush easily like a seed and is pretty hard. Last pic is blurry, but shows the shape better and some details

Doesn’t look like typical molt, could it somehow be part of the skin? Was hard not papery almost felt like the inner layer of an onion. The black mark on back has me concerned. Found on top of sheet.
