Looking for recommendations on quality field dressing/processing kits

The past few years I've just bought simple, cheap equipment to process the livestock but they dull easily and I am wasting time constantly re-sharpening my current knives.

I've been looking into field dressing kits, I think it would be my best option for the variety of animals we raise. My problem is there are so many options and I can't figure out what the best one would be for quality and cost.

Please let me know what brand or website you prefer and even the ones you don't.

Thank you in advance!

I've had my little incubator for going on 4 years. Up until this year I was having a 85-90% hatch rate, I've incubated 7 sets in this incubator..

This year ( year 4) I've done 2 sets, and the temp and humidity aren't getting to where it needs to be .. the first hatch I only had 72% , the second(happening now) day 22, only 2 eggs are pipped, but who knows I might have more that just needs assistance tomorrow.

With that, I am looking for a better incubator, what's your favorite (affordable) incubator? Looking for one that would be universal for chicken, duck and quail eggs, Max holding around 20 chicken eggs give or take 😅 (I'm husband regulated🤣😅)

Thank you!!
