Finance, sales, and ops all run on different numbers and leadership pulls from whichever report arrived most recently. What I want to understand is what properly integrated financial infrastructure actually looks like when it is built with intention from the start. Would love to hear from people who have actually built this at a growing company and what the starting point looked like in practice.

For those doing regular sessions, what do you do with the time? Read, listen to music, sleep, meditate? Looking for ideas to make the time productive or at least pass faster.
