Well it’s been a year since I left the shackles of Sally beauty. I was an SM and quit on spot, threw my keys in the safe, blocked my DM and didn’t look back. Boy oh boy has this been the best year. I’m no longer stressed about a company who couldn’t care less about me. UPT? Haven’t even heard of her. I make $5 more an hour and am actually appreciated where I work, PLUS I do way less work for way more money. If you are battling with the idea of leaving, just do it.
