just wanted to post my short video from my day trip in Zurich Switzerland. Hope you guys enjoy!

So I recently took a day trip to Detroit Michigan after purchasing a pocket 3 off the marketplace in Canada before going.
All was good with the seller and device no issues.

Get to the American border and I’m grilled with questions and statements about DJi products. Claiming that DJI devices are banned from the US because of SLAVE LABOUR LAWS and not due to auditing requirements as I understood.

Border patrol then confiscated my pocket 3 and told me that this was their decision and because DJi devices are banned this is the only option.
No returning it on re entry to Canada
No shipping it home option
No forget it I’ll leave and take it back

I contacted Dji about it and basically was told “sucks to suck, call the authorities”

Called the Canadian authorities and was told the Americans can do what they decide and it’s not their jurisdiction.

Called border patrol and homeland security and was told that border control has the right to decide to confiscate devices and items at their discretion. And decisions to confiscate devices are final with no reimbursement options available.

Soooooo I guess I’m just shit out of luck and out 650$??? What the hell do I do here?
