massacre in dinosaur valley aka cannibal ferox 2 (1985)

massacre in dinosaur valley aka cannibal ferox 2 (1985)

a couple days ago I talked about cannibal holocaust 2 and now I'm talking about cannibal ferox 2, this one is pretty fun too it follows an archaelogist and a scientist daughter on their way to the valley of the dinosaurs after their plane crashes and they and a few other people survive and have to traverse the jungle while dodging bloodthirsty natives and then in the last bit of the movie it just turns into the main character fighting a slave owner.

You guys already know the deal though, the dubbing is hilariously bad, the plot is all over the place, the gore is on point, funnily enough though this was kinda has the same issue as cannibal holocaust 2 where there isn't alot of cannibalism in it, a dude does get his heart eaten though....unfortunately this one does have animal killing in it though but it isn't as bad as cannibal holocaust and cannibal ferox, I thought a snake was gonna get it's head chopped off but then the main character just threw it off screen

I wish michael sopkiw was in more movies before he became a scientist, he was in some pretty awesome movies (except for devil fish). Funnily enough this movie uses soundtracks from one of the other movies he was in the rambosploitation flick blastfighter (1985). also idk what was up with directors when it came to michael sopkiw but his characters sure did get beat up alot, well in this movie he gets his ass kicked and it gets him laid

anyways enough ramblin yeah this movie is fun if you can ignore the small bit of animal killing, also there is no dinosaurs in this movie..srry

Man they would get a kick out of ator 4 aka troll 3

Not only does this movie have poor dubbing, it has the dad from good luck Charlie, one of the masks from troll 2, it's one of the few Italian sequels that actually is a sequel and not just a sequel in name only this actually has ator in it

The story behind this movie is that the guy who directed it Joe D'amato the king of the Italian cash in genre and the director of ator 1 and 2 got pissed cuz someone cashed in on his ator franchise and made a 3rd movie called the blade master without his permission so he made this movie

also it isn't really even a quest for the mighty sword he literally gets it in like the first 30 mins of the movie

natura contro aka cannibal holocaust 2 (1988) even though this movie killed the Italian cannibal genre this is one of my comfort movies cuz of it's fun, chill vibe and goofy dubbing

like I stated in the title cannibal holocaust 2 aka natura contro aka green inferno (1988) from what my research has shown is responsible for killing the cannibal subgenre of Italian flicks but funnily enough not only is it just like a reverse of cannibal holocaust, it also works well as an entry point for anyone interested in the cannibal genre due to their being no real animal killings. This movie along with cannibal apocalypse(cannibal apocalypse does have one animal killing, a dog blows up in a scene but I pray to god it wasn't a real dog being used.) have little to no real animal killing

but I can see why it killed the genre though it def isn't what you would expect or want if you are a seasoned sleazemeister, it has very poor dubbing, there isn't really any cannibalism fr, the plot is kinda all over the damn place, Basically students go into the amazon jungle to find a missing professor but then somehow end up looking for lost treasure and the movie basically just has the characters stumbling into different situations unrelated from their main task, also a fish goes up a guy's ass
