[Hiring] Sales Engineer @ a Growing MSP | $110K–$125K | Fully Remote (US)

We're a tight-knit MSP that's been at it since 2007 — and we're looking for a Sales Engineer who actually gets the MSP world.

What you'll do:

  • Talk to clients, figure out what's broken (or could be better), and design solutions that actually make sense
  • Bridge the gap between "what the client wants" and "what the team can deliver"
  • Own proposals from discovery all the way to handoff

You're a fit if you have:

  • 5+ years in an MSP environment (hard requirement — SaaS/enterprise-only backgrounds won't be considered here)
  • Solid networking chops (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls — the usual suspects)
  • Cloud experience with O365, Azure, Intune
  • Bonus points for Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, MS-102, or AZ-305

The good stuff:

  • 💰 $110K–$125K base + quarterly bonuses
  • 🏥 Comprehensive Coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • 📈 401(k) with 4% match, immediately vested
  • 🏖️ Generous PTO to avoid burnout
  • 📚 Cert reimbursement & training resources
  • 🤝 A team that actually likes each other

100% remote — work from anywhere in the US. We have offices in Kirkland WA, Federal Way WA, DC, and Tampa if you ever want to put a face to a Teams handle. DM or drop a comment if interested!
