Any tips/advice for a beginner? I’m brand new in this field and I’m a little nervous tbh but excited for the opportunity. I haven’t gotten any official training yet but I got the offer so I think I’m in.
so I got hired as a 911 dispatcher i originally wanted that job before I got hired here at target, but the process has taken awhile so I decided to move foward and look elsewhere, now I get the response from them saying that I got in, it pays pretty well tbh but despite the negative reviews of target i actually like the job even though I just started it’s simple, fast paced and easy if we got paid enough I’d definitely stick with it but I can barely afford my bills working 80hrs which is crazy, I wanna do both jobs but idk everyone says to get out as soon as I can 😭
I’ve been working 30-35 hours since I’ve started a few weeks ago and now for the last week of April beginning of may I’m only at 22.5 hours, I was gonna ask my etl tmrw I feel if it was performance related they would’ve said something but I think I’m doing fine, should I be worried?
