I don't play shyvana much so please feel free to correct me if I'm delu.

But as a Yuumi main tired of how the cat is treated by riot since her rework, I've been trying and learning new champs. Since I enjoyed Smolder and A-sol a lot (even though old Aurelion was cooler...), I thought why not pick Shyvana since she's a dragon too? Infinite stacks are always cool!

Visually she's incredible although no facial rig is a shame, but like wtf. Her passive does nothing, her W shield is ridiculously small, her E does next to no damage, Q on-hit passive might as well not exist, and she's a sitting duck late game if her ult isn't ready

I think the infinite passive thing can work, just not armor/MR.
Giving her resistances on passive is such a slippery slope that she will never be allowed to have a good passive if it remains that way. If it's good, it's oppressive as fuck. If it's not oppressive as fuck, it's useless.

Just make her stack something else.
Generic "me" stacks like the other dragons have would be nice. Maybe letting her have a similar thing to smolder where she is infinite in terms of stacks, but with thresholds? The last one being infinite dragon form or something.

Making her scale the "utility" in her kit would be a good idea too, like stacks affecting the CD reduction (and maybe on-hit too) of her Q, the movement speed of W, range of her E? Something like that. Not more damage, just more utility and eventually she's perma dragon idk SOMETHING
