Unpopular opinion: The wake up at 5 AM productivity rule is completely overrated.
Every guru says you need to wake up before the sun to be successful, but every time I try it, I’m just completely exhausted and grumpy by 10 AM. Meanwhile, working later in the evening feels completely natural, focused, and smooth.
Why does standard productivity advice ignore the fact that everyone's internal clock is totally different? Anyone else a night owl who gets things done, or are you all strictly early risers
I’ve started noticing how different a day feels depending on how quiet the morning is
Some mornings feel rushed before the day even really starts, and other mornings feel calmer even when I’m doing the same things.
It’s not about being productive or doing anything important , just a general feeling where things feel calmer or more in sync. Curious if anyone else has a time of day like that, or if it changes depending on what’s going on in your life.
