I live in Leesburg and want to have chicken coop (3-5) in my backyard, I looked at laws and get permission from neighbors from both side. I submitted the paper to HOA, but they declined. I don't think they have/gave me a good reason.

I believe county and city allows it... Is there anything I'm missing or should do?

Hi,

I'm located in NoVA and interested in solar panel installation, a company gave me three option after analyzing my current kWh $0.167, current bill is increasing ~10% every year

1. Buy at ~21K pay back around 11 years

2. Lease for 25 years at ~70$/month but increase 2.9% every year kWh $0.088

3. Lease for 25 years at ~100$/month but no increase

Lease is transferable if I sell the house, option to buy at the end of lease.

Which one is better option? and what else should I consider
