They used 1 round of 30 vol developer and I used the Technicolor hot pink dye (filipino brand) and it became warm and brassy instead of cool toned hot pink because the one doing my hair didn't use a toner, can I do round 2 of bleach after 3 weeks? what do I do while waiting for the color to fade? Need affordable bleach and toner recommendations available in the Philippines please, thanks
