6 ft 3 192 lbs (morning weight)
Currently stuck between deciding to cut or bulk since I feel skinny fat. I started in the gym at 210 lbs last June but at my heaviest was 230 lbs. I feel like I have quite a small amount of muscle mass while also too much fat. Just looking for some guidance on what to do and also a rough estimate of bf% I am thinking I am around 23-25%. I was thinking what would be best would be to drop to 175-180 lbs and then slowly lean bulk to 200lbs (250 cal surplus) and re evaluate but wanted others input since I wasn’t quite sure.

Just looking for some guidance on what to do and also a rough estimate of bf% I am thinking I am around 23-25%.
