Anyone, please give me your thoughts on reviews on the following Espresso Machines; Gemilai CRM3610 vs Delonghi EM450 / ECOV311 vs Petrus PE3833. Any experiences and likes/dislikes on these machines?

Any recommendations on cheap and good grinders?

Context: I'm planning to run a small cafe, not looking for anything fancy but a reliable and fun machine to work and play with.
