Can you choose to only be a picker, stager, or dispenser or does it just rotate and you can't choose

I've been trying to get in contact with the hiring manager for the last week about seeing if there are any openings for this position or if their will be any for the summer, and each time I've called guest services and talked with them over the phone they have been COMPLETELY FUCKING USELESS, not even just for this situation but just in general, they are always rude, and it's always "call back in 30 minutes" "call back in an hour" "they have already clocked out for the day" maybe I'm an idiot for actually wanting to work at Walmart and for thinking it would be a fun and chill job 🤷‍♂️. Maybe I should listen to everyone and stay away while I still can. I also don't mean to sound like a complete a hole, it's just frustrating when zero effort is being made to transfer me to the hiring manager which means I have to keep calling back over and over which gets annoying af
