Should I pull the trigger on a Promaster 37mm for cheap (90/100 euros) with a 7.1 inch wrist?

Got a few watches already, they go from a 40mm to 42mm and I've got a 44mm on the way (all chronographs) and put my mind on a diver but I'm not sure 37mm is the right size. Some reccomandations from someone who went for that size with a similar wrist?

I already own a Waterbury Traditional I bought a few years ago and pretty happy with it and since I've found this for very cheap (less than 100 euros) and would like to know if someone has some experience with this particular model
