What are chances I will get my parcel?
So couple days ago I purchased some bedding from Urban Outfitters. Evri sent me emails that they got it at 7th May. Everything was fine untill yesterday 8th May. I received email early morning saying that my parcel is delayed. I was busy during day so checked only before sleep and it says that it's on the way back to sender and I unable to do anything with this.
I ckecked UO app and there it says parcel was damaged. What did they do to that poor bedding so it got so damaged so they need to send it back??
I already Send email to UO Support.
But anyways is this common situation with Evri? Did you get your parcels in the end or should I just ask for refund and reorder?
I am thinking to call Evri today, was struggle to find their email. I never had problems with them before.
