I found this grey-yellowish line on my tooth this morning, which didn’t come off after some focused brushing or gently scraping. This is on the 6th tooth back, on the bottom left.

The tooth and the gum nearby aren’t tender. I have some gum pain towards the front of my mouth, which I had checked out recently and I have been using interdental brushes to reduce the inflammation, but very infrequently.

I am wondering what this line is and if I should visit a dentist. Also if anyone has tips for being able to use interdental brushes with very tough inflammation I’d be grateful (try bend against my gums)
