I have various apps locked in the multitasking window to keep them open when selecting the trash icon (thereby closing all of the apps that are not locked). However, even though I lock Chrome, it still disappears after a few minutes when I go back to the multitasking window. Can anybody help me with keeping Chrome in the multitasking window?
Batch syncing my notes (using sync icon in top right of Notes app) consistently causes the system to just hang. Not frozen, just showing the in progress sync icon with nothing happening. It's been over an hour of seeing the progress icon on the notes with nothing happening. This has been the case on a number of other occasions. Running Note Max on 4.2, but this has been an issue for some time.
If you quit out of the Notes app and reopen it, the sync progress icon goes away and is replaced with a check mark, indicating everything is in sync. However, if you have a note set to export to a third-party backup service like Dropbox as I do, the export never happens. It seems the only consistent way to ensure a pdf backup of your note is to manually export it into your Cloud drive.
I've been testing the search capabilities in Notes on my Note Max, running 4.2. It is generally good, but I'm trying to understand exactly how it works. Even when the system seems to recognize the term, sometimes it can't seem to search and find it. Am I missing something?
