Got this pierced April 18, 2026, curved barbell, jewelry not downsized yet ofc, I use saline wound wash that only has 0.9% sodium chloride in it and I clean it twice a day, I try to clean most the crusties off with a q tip if needed. I bumped it a lot in the first week but I haven’t bumped in around a couple days or so. Thoughts?
