Hi. Can someone help me with issues on my new Ringconn Gen 2 smart ring?

  1. I cannot power off the ring thru the ringconn app. The app indicates 'supported on Gen 3 or later'.

  2. The steps count from my Samsung Health app does not sync to the Ringconn app. I have the Health Connect app and allowed all the permissions needed.
