Was doing roulettes with my friends (the tank and the other DPS) For leveling we get brayfox with a sprout AST who seemed very lost and was clearly struggling with their buttons (my friend was using ultra potions on cd) but clearly the guy whose not healing and it'a randomly clicking buttons does not need any tips!

Right after we did level cap. Got a 50 dungeon and the WHM was struggling to keep up with the healing. I notice they haven't used regen at all and I bring it up. We stop for a little bit for them to hover over their buttons and find regen and immediatedly start using it properly. We were all so glad and proud that they did bother to listen and grow and it was a nice palette clenser after the astro.
