Good morning.

This is, actually, my last resort as i've expended all other methods of communication with etoro.

A couple days ago my father lost access to his accoumt and we've been trying to get it back for two whole weeks. We just need to change the phone number, but it wont let us.

We set reminders for calls and they dont ever call us. We contact them, and they wait 4 whole days to do so with the same bot like message.

At this point we are really disgusted with the treatment and if we dont get this solved, we will seek further action if possible.

Does anyone have any recomendations or phone numbers we can contact?
