This is a video of me playing, its a full game of DM. Watch as much of it as you´d like.

I know DM is nothing like ranked but within this past month i´ve deranked from silver 2 to silver 1 like 5 times and it´s like im getting worse instead of improving. I can´t hit shit in ranked, and i get one tapped constantly. I know i don´t have the best game sense and mechanics but how do i improve? I´ve tried everything but im getting nowhere.

ETA: My sens is .23 at 800 dpi
