So, from the beginning I always took it in the morning as it was what was recommended by my psychiatrist.
I switched to a new one and she said I should take it at night. I’ve been doing that for almost two weeks now and I’ve felt incredibly shitty (like a regression on my depression)
I want to stick out because there are supposed benefits to taking it at night (like feeling less impact on hunger)
I’d appreciate any input at all:)
