Any Advice Please 🙏
So Im attending the gym to first loose weight then start to build muscle after, but i have a lot of muscle on my legs and shoulders that I want to loose too, and im worried ill start working out just to further build the muscle and just completely derail the intention of going? If anyone has any advice for any good habits or things to avoid or do I would really appreciate it :)
