Ok. I'm rather embarrassed to admit it but after nearly 10 years of living with the calcium and hard water build up and water stains and trying many things to clean it I finally committed to putting in full effort to get it restored as best as I can and although it's about 95% there, with routine cleaning and more scrubbing I think I can get the rest too and maintain it again.

To start with, I spent 3 hrs of scraping, scrubbing wipe rinse and repeat but that's what it took was pure hands on cleaning effort. It wore me out too but I'm so thankful to see it clear again.

What I used was:

Equal parts distilled white vinegar and water
0000 steel wool
2 inch wide razor blade and extra blades
Micro fiber cloth to final dry
A ton of energy and effort

If anyone is in same boat, just know it will come off but it's a real beast to tackle.

We have a decent size travertine shower that, until we decide to do a total remodel, we want to consider removing the entire glass shower door which is damaged by water stains. We squeegee the glass after each shower now to minimize more staining but haven't found a way to get it fully clean. We are certainly at fault from the years of not cleaning or squeezing it more often.
Based on size and that we have travertine flooring, does size of our shower seem like I could get away with removing doors and frame?

These have shown to be the highest quotes I have seen on comparable Goodman HVAC AC Furnace combos by far and I'd say at least 40% higher than any other quote I have seen. Anyone actually use them and paid remotely close to this?
