Im 16 years old and was diagnosed with ptsd and derealization when i was 15, before i was diagnosed i knew i had something because well i felt like i was loosing my mind everyday but i just didnt know what it was, about a year or 2 later i still feel the same things, even after therapy as if everything around me seems and feels fake and that im loosing my mind or cant relax, always scanning for danger when im outside, my question is for anyone whos had ptsd or derealization for a longer time, are these permanent or can it ever be fixed or at least manageable, sorry for my english im European
