I have almost 5 years of experience in AD and ENTRA ID operations. I recently passed the microsoft SC-300 certification.

However, I am just good with the theory part.. didn't get a chance to perform any hands-on in a sandbox or product environment.

I am thinking that I will complete almost 5 years in corporate and have been in AD ops since the beginning.

So I want to move out of operations and move to an implementation/engineering role so I can switch with a better hold on AD and ENTRA ID with some better knowledge.

So, could anyone suggest a rough roadmap. I am really confused and not sure in which direction I should move?

Is it good to take an offline course which has a hands-on lab as well?

What all roles can I branch out in?
