Am I the only one who feels like the flavor of Isuzu from Marukyu Koyamaen gets kind of lost when in a latte? I’m pretty new to the matcha world and this is the first ever matcha powder I’ve tried from Marukyu Koyamaen. I have Wako and Kinrin to try after I finish my 40g Isuzu tin as well as the Yame matcha from Nami.

My current ratio is: 4g matcha, 50g water at 70 C, 6-8 g of agave depending on how I feel, and ~130 ml of milk.

Does anyone have tips on what I could do to possibly make it better? Or anything I could try whenever I do try the other matchas?

(P.S) I realize my cup is considerably large in comparison to my matcha 😭 it’s the only clear glass cup I have and I don’t know what other cups are good.
