I recently saw a video of a girl saying she recovered a deleted picture from her sd card but I couldn’t find her explanation on how, my parents have this really old nikon camera w the sd card but they told me they accidentally deleted all pictures of my childhood from it so i never got to see what i looked like as a baby or a toddler

I know this is a stretch but is it possible to somehow recover those deleted pictures from the same sd card they used?
